Regrettably, I used an AI editing tool thing and it was terrible. I was then recommended by ChatGPT to your team as my key factor was a UK service as there are many services that tend to outsource but from looking around, I now know you work with fantastic editors in the country. My thesis was in much better shape.

Actually, it was my supervisor who told me to seek third party help as we have reviewed my thesis many many times. Your company was on the approved list of services so I tried you. I am happy. You were higher priced than some of the other services but that is okay as the quality is there.
Very happy on our end. We tried another service but they weren't in the country, which stung us. Your sales team re-assured me with the free Zoom call. After that, the whole edit was done as we needed. Our panel will probably need more editing next year now for the next batch of reports.

Thank you, the proofread was suggested by my supervisor as we've read the thesis over and over. Helen picked up on a few flaws and applied some minor stylistic changes.
The team here is satisfied with Oxbridge. We rarely seek editing services but our in-house member was away so we tried Oxbridge. The manuscripts benefitted from the copy-edits so we are happy.
I'm happy with the edit. Actually, the marking upgrade was really useful. I wasn't sure of the current quality so getting detailed feedback helped me make some serious amendments. I should be close to a 1st now.
